Teachers should ban together and start their own schools. If this kind of thing is happening around the country it would seem plausible that teachers could unite and start their own schools.

There is only one way out of bondage to a particular sinful behavior, the major sin that slowly destroys us
in tormenting, soul wrenching ways. The sin that identifies us, that makes us what we are—not whom God made us to be. Only Jesus Christ can break the hardened chains fashioned by the three monsters: the world, the flesh and the devil. Homosexuality is one of many bondage-type sins that cause us to slowly drown in sorrows, suffocating torments and soul crushing loneliness. Jesus, and only He can (and will) break those ghastly horrible shackles and set us free.
Satan, the father of lies will keep us lying to ourselves and to those around us until we join him in Hell. But, my friend
Jesus Christ, the God of Truth, will always make free those who reach out to Him so we may join Him in Heaven.

Matthew Henry commentary says:
Observe the description of the personal holiness of Christ. He is free from all habits or principles of sin, not having the least disposition to it in his nature. No sin dwells in him, not the least sinful inclination, though such dwells in the best of Christians. He is harmless, free from all actual transgression; he did no violence, nor was there any deceit in his mouth. He is undefiled. It is hard to keep ourselves pure, so as not to partake the guilt of other men’s sins. But none need be dismayed who come to God in the name of his beloved Son. Let them be assured that he will deliver them in the time of trial and suffering, in the time of prosperity, in the hour of death, and in the day of judgment
